This is a known issue (bug) in Citrix Director, it is a known bug.
Citrix had released a patch for the same but you will need to verify in the
product About section to see if your version is any of those mentioned in the
article here.
Citrix Netscaler HA Loadbalancing 1. Below article helped to resolve the synchronization issue. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/369014-new-ha-pair-failing-to-sync/ If RPC Password was changed,rest RPC password on both netscaler. Syatem-Network-RPC-Select Netscaler IP - Edit - SelectReset option 2. After successfully synchronized the DR was showing NOT UP, made the HA monitoring OFF as same like production interfaces then the secondary was came UP. https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/281115-how-to-change-the-node-state/ Could you please checkc if HA Monitoring has been enabled on all the inerfaces? if yes,you need to 'disable'unused interfaces and also disable HA monitoring on unused or Down interfaces if the above suggestion wont work,please provide us the results of "sh ha node" to get exact picture of the issues
