1.      We run below command for Citrix XenApp office rearm error

Step 1    Ran Set-ProvServiceConfigurationData –Name ImageManagementPrep_Excluded_Steps –Value “OfficeRearm” on Delivery Controller

Step 2   Renamed OSPPREARM.EXE on master to OSPPREARM-ACCESSRT.EXE Application server 

Step 3   start this service AppX Deployment Service(AppXSVC) on application server

This is a known issue (bug) in Citrix Director, it is a known bug.
